All orders ship within 1 business day unless otherwise specified.
Most orders ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, tracked and insured. Depending on the value of the shipment, signature confirmation may be required.
You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been generated.

If you receive a damaged shipment, report it to us immediately, and no later than 3 days from the date the item was delivered. Save all packaging and associated materials and take photos of the damage, as this is required to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
If your shipment never arrived, please report it to us so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. For USPS shipments, claims for lost/missing shipments can be filed after 15 days from the date of mailing. See more about USPS claims here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#

For PRE-OWNED / USED / VINTAGE items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Pre-owned/used/vintage condition items are sold ‘as is’ with no warranties.
For NEW items, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
--> The item must be returned in the exact same condition shown in the product listing photos and must include all original packaging and other materials.
ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will refund your original purchase price to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees – we highly recommend purchasing insurance and/or signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery.
If you purchased a NEW item, your purchase may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
